he plays Spock on Star trek: Strange new Worlds. he;s Gregory peck's grandson, and has his grandfather's amazing deep voice and great body (those nipples!), and although he's not quite as handsome as his grandfather 9who could be?), he's still very good-looking. He's also quite fine as Mr. Spock--has a nice deadpan sense of humor akin to leonard Nimoy's.
I've yet to hear anything about his personal life.

To restate what others have said, he's straight. He used to have a ton of personal stuff on his IG which showed him with a series of girlfriends. Between the end of season 2 of Discovery and the start of SNW he purged his account, however. His sister, however, is married to a woman.
R2 He and Molly DeWolf Swenson were a couple but they apparently broke up a while back. In this 2021 people article, Molly talks about her boyfriend who is not Ethan. There has been a number of rumours that Ethan and Jess Bush (Nurse Chapel) are involved.
