I saw her in Law and Order a few times but she was apparently famous when she was young. She's now around 70/80.
Also, unrelated. What's the name of this song in the clip below? I don't have enough space on my phone to download the app shazam. The lyrics are mumbled so I can't make out what the singer is saying, so searching for lyrics is out of the question.

Brenda Blethyn - she is in the Law and Order SVU where Mike Farrell is her wheelchair bound husband. She killed her 1st husband who abused her. She escaped from prison and Mike Farrell didn’t know any of that - they got married and were happy for 30 years before she had to protect a neighbor who was abused. She was sent back to prison and Mike Farrell dumped her. Her speaking voice is so raspy, sugary and crinkly you’ll wan’t to shoot yourself!

Tovah (Terry) Feldshuh looks great for her age and has not had a lot of work done. She currently playing Mrs. Brice in "Funny Girl" on Broadway and is seemingly having a ball. She's no slouch in the hammy role, and is a lot of fun in the show.
