For me as well, experience does come into it a bit. Doesn’t change the quality of their acting in s1 but informs my overall thoughts. For instance kizzy was brand new while bash had 10 years of experience and I thought they were comparable. Overall that doesn’t impact the level of their performances in the show, but it makes bash less impressive to me, and makes me think with more experience kizzy may well outact him s2. Vice versa, I think Kit was slightly stronger than joe s1 but given joes total lack of experience, I think it was clear he’s a remarkable raw talent and will only improve, and I do think they’ll do an excellent job of co helming the show and continuing to elevate the material for the coming seasons

My ranking would be as follows: Kit & Joe > Jenny > Cori > Bash, Rhea, Kizzy > Will, Tobie, Yaz > Cormac.

I also think the reason that Kit wins more acting awards is that almost all of his scenes were either him alone, him with Joe, or him with Olivia. Joe had a lot of scenes with Will, Yaz, and Tobie. But when Joe was with Kit, Jenny, or Fisayo his acting always matched them in quality.
