What is Smosh?
Who?
They look fat.
I'm a casual fan of this comedy Youtube channel.
The reason I care about this is the duo sold their channel to a Defy Media for stock (assuming the company would go public someday and they would reap the rewards)
That never happened and Defy was liquidated in 2018, so while they collected salaries during that time (Padilla left over creative differences - who knows), they built up the channel that has 25 million subscribers and really didn't get a dime.
The channel was bought by a fellow Youtube channel - Mythical Entertainment, saving it from the trash bin in 2019.
The original founders bought the company back today. It isn't that you have to be a fan of Smosh - the humor is kind of juvenile - but it is a really nice story of how two kids who got screwed out of something they built, finally got it back.

Huh....I recently read he wasn't close with Ian anymore. Anthony seems like a nice guy but his show is somewhat bland? But at least he's got his shit together compared to a certain ex gf.

Did Ian and Anthony ever make out in the old Smosh? I vaguely remember them doing that. I liked the old Smosh back in 2009.
