DL, tell me about Lily Tomlin’s and Barry Manilow’s The Last Duet. It was 1980 and Disco was on its way out and yet this song is PURE disco. However, it’s obviously tongue in cheek.

Did most people understand that Lily was reprising her role as Ernestine the telephone operator from Rowan and Martin’s Laugh In?
