Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck pay cash for massive $60 million Beverly Hills mansion.

They dropped some serious “Dinero.”

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck bought a massive mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif., for $60.85 million Wednesday after nearly two years of searching for their perfect love nest.

The couple’s 38,000-square-foot new home includes a whopping 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms and a full basketball court.

The “On the Floor” singer, 53, and the Oscar winner, 50, paid cash, according to TMZ, and actually snagged a deal, as the property had been listed for $135 million in 2018 before being dropped down to $75 million earlier this year.

The “newly rebuilt” manse sits on a five-acre estate and overlooks “magnificent mountain views,” according to its listing.

“Exquisitely designed and built with impeccable taste, the sophisticated and stylish estate infuses today’s technology with refined rooms,” it reads.

Since J.Lo is known for keeping up with her fitness, she may have been drawn to the residence’s “one-of-a-kind indoor sports complex,” which includes a full gym, basketball and pickleball courts, a boxing ring and a sports lounge and bar.

The home also has a zero-edge pool, a guest penthouse, a caretaker’s house, a 12-car garage and enough room to park a staggering 80 cars on the lot.

Another standout feature for the A-list stars is the security that the property offers, as it includes a two-bedroom guardhouse. The listing describes it as “one of the most private and secured estates in Beverly Hills.” Additionally, both entrances can only be accessed through private and gated streets.

The location is an added bonus, as the home sits just eight minutes from the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel and 20 minutes from the Van Nuys Airport, perfect for jet-setters like Lopez and Affleck.

The listing agent did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Apparently, the pair couldn’t wait to move in, as paparazzi captured photos of swanky furniture being loaded into the house on the same day that the deal closed.

Lopez and Affleck eloped in Las Vegas in July 2022 and have since merged their families from previous marriages.

The “Shotgun Wedding” actress shares 15-year-old twins Max and Emme with her ex-husband Marc Anthony. Meanwhile, the “Argo” star and director shares three kids — Violet, 17, Seraphina, 14, and Samuel, 11 — with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.

The pair’s big move signals that their longtime relationship is going well despite sparking concerns last month after they were seen having a tense conversation on a red carpet.

And a day prior, a grumpy-looking Affleck was caught slamming Lopez’s car door shut during a coffee run.

However, that same month, Lopez praised Affleck for being an “amazing” father.

“Oh, my God. He’s an amazing dad. It brings tears to my eyes,” the pop star said of her husband on “The View.”

She added, “He’s present, and that’s all you can ask: for a present, loving dad who cares and shows up every single day, and that’s who he is.”

Looks better than Beyonce and Jay Z's $200 million home.

by Anonymousreply 1June 1, 2023 2:29 PM

For more than ~$25M I’d want to build my own house. But I guess instant gratification reigns.

by Anonymousreply 2June 1, 2023 2:34 PM

Obscene. And someone on another thread just had the temerity to say that writers are the ones who are overpaid.

by Anonymousreply 3June 1, 2023 2:36 PM

Yay!

by Anonymousreply 4June 1, 2023 2:43 PM

I wonder if J-Lo prays for Selena every night?

by Anonymousreply 5June 1, 2023 2:44 PM

I just looked at the house. It’s a giant box. Looks like it’d have a lot windowless rooms inside.

by Anonymousreply 6June 1, 2023 2:51 PM

Its big. Its white. It has a lot of garaging. Its nicer than Beyonce and Jay Z's $200 million home, but then that's hardly a stretch, so are most correctional facilities.

I'd have built my own as R2 says

by Anonymousreply 7June 1, 2023 3:12 PM
Its big. Its white. It has a lot of garaging.

Doesn’t that describe Matt’s ass?

by Anonymousreply 8June 1, 2023 3:18 PM

I always want to ask these obscene and greedy people, "Might you have been able to live your fabulous lifestyle and your right to earn obscene amounts of money in a [bold]$30 Million Dollar House[/bold] and donated the other [bold]$30 Million Dollars[/bold] to a worthy charitable cause?"

I mean, beyond $30 Million it's just excess square footage, fit and finishes, and number of bathrooms.

Who THE FUCK needs 38,000 square feet?

Are they friends with that other obscene couple that recently bought a Costco to live in?

by Anonymousreply 9June 1, 2023 3:26 PM

How is this nicer than Beyonce and Jay Z's home. Their home has true privacy, more character, and ocean views in Malibu. This article talks about BenJay's mountain views. Meh. Both homes are a disgusting show of wealth but Beyonce and Jays home is a legit compound with some modern art features. Can tell a real architect made an attempt.. Jlo and Ben's home is just another Kardashian style box house.

Very true. Also the shape of it alone will lend itself to far superior natural interior lighting.

by Anonymousreply 11June 1, 2023 3:47 PM
How is this nicer than Beyonce and Jay Z's home.

Well, Beyonce and Jay Z won't be living in it. That makes it nicer.

Let me guess? I'm a racist.

by Anonymousreply 12June 1, 2023 5:40 PM
How is this nicer than Beyonce and Jay Z's home.

Well, if you're going to buy a white box, why pay $200 million when you can pay $60 million?

by Anonymousreply 13June 1, 2023 5:49 PM

What took them so long to purchase a house? This one is way up in the hills, north of the Beverly Terrace and Cresent neighborhoods. They were previously looking at houses closer to Santa Monica and PacPal, where Jen Garner lives and where Ben used to live. This new place is a drive from there.

by Anonymousreply 14June 1, 2023 5:53 PM

Ahhhh, the joys of being rich.

by Anonymousreply 15June 1, 2023 6:29 PM

Jennifer is in her 4th marriage. She's approaching Liz Taylor territory.

by Anonymousreply 16June 1, 2023 6:32 PM

I just want them to spend a weekend in a tent on Skid Row. To give some perspective on their grotesque wealth.

by Anonymousreply 17June 1, 2023 7:38 PM

Why don’t all the socialists move to Cuba?

by Anonymousreply 18June 1, 2023 8:04 PM

I don't understand the need for houses this large.

by Anonymousreply 19June 1, 2023 8:09 PM

Not much on style.

by Anonymousreply 20June 1, 2023 8:31 PM
I don't understand the need for houses this large.

I have a big ass.

by Anonymousreply 21June 1, 2023 8:37 PM

"built with impeccable taste."

we'll be the judge of that.

by Anonymousreply 22June 1, 2023 8:57 PM

It's big but it sure is ugly and shapeless. Beyoncés new home is stylish and has some design integrity.

by Anonymousreply 23June 1, 2023 9:02 PM

^^ Beyonce's home is not stylish at all.

by Anonymousreply 24June 1, 2023 9:05 PM

R24 The Queen’s home is absolute avante garde artistic galore. It’s extremely defined and exquisite. Love the Queen and King Consort Sean Carter.

by Anonymousreply 25June 1, 2023 9:07 PM

The usual "they're awful" disclaimer.

You do have to admit that he looks a lot happier now than he ever did with Garner.

by Anonymousreply 26June 1, 2023 9:07 PM

It looks like separate houses joined, to me.

by Anonymousreply 27June 1, 2023 9:22 PM

The house looks like it's already tilting down hill. Is it only me? Hopefully doesn't mirror their marriage.

by Anonymousreply 28June 1, 2023 9:27 PM

I hope the inside is more attractive than the outside. At least it has two different structures. You know, for when the ultimate falling out happens until the inevitable divorce.

by Anonymousreply 29June 1, 2023 9:28 PM

It’s bigger on the inside!

by Anonymousreply 30June 1, 2023 9:36 PM
I don't understand the need for houses this large.

That's because you never had to live with that hag. At least in this house my living quarters can be 11 bedrooms away from hers.

by Anonymousreply 31June 1, 2023 10:23 PM

Can someone please explain the need for 24 fucking bathrooms?? I get that half of them are en-suites (as there are 12 bedrooms), but why would anyone need TWELVE additional bathrooms?

by Anonymousreply 32June 1, 2023 10:38 PM

Maybe Jennifer's kids, her trainer, her makeup person, her lover(s) and her PA, and publicist all live in the one wing.

Ben and Boston & Co (whoever) live in the other? The BenGardner kids when they're visiting? Matt has a dedicated room?

Stop calling this woman queen, you mongoloid.

by Anonymousreply 34June 1, 2023 11:01 PM

R32 multiple half baths (that are probably just added to the count as 1), full baths for the pool and gym

by Anonymousreply 35June 1, 2023 11:02 PM

🐝 🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝 Is a cult.

by Anonymousreply 36June 1, 2023 11:04 PM

Pretty soon, it the grounds will be littered with cigarette butts and Dunkin’ cups.

by Anonymousreply 37June 1, 2023 11:05 PM

Full bath for a home gym? Why not just go your bedroom and use that one? Are they counting the guard house and guest "penthouse"?

by Anonymousreply 38June 1, 2023 11:06 PM

[quoe][[R24]] The Queen’s home is absolute avante garde artistic galore. It’s extremely defined and exquisite. Love the Queen and King Consort Sean Carter.

💩

by Anonymousreply 39June 1, 2023 11:10 PM
King Consort Sean Carter.

Sarcasm, right? He is probably the ugliest man alive.

by Anonymousreply 40June 1, 2023 11:12 PM

Oooh, the Wallingford Estate, modeled after La Petite Trianon, Marie Antionette’s private chateau.

by Anonymousreply 41June 1, 2023 11:17 PM

Jay Z is not ugly, he is FUGLY.

by Anonymousreply 42June 1, 2023 11:20 PM

We always enjoyed a good game of pickleball before dinner.

by Anonymousreply 43June 1, 2023 11:22 PM

Yeah? Well, we bought a zoo!

by Anonymousreply 44June 1, 2023 11:48 PM

R38 why traipse all the way across the house to shower when you could have one right next to your gym? Keep in mind, in a house like this the gym bath probably also has a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, etc.

by Anonymousreply 45June 1, 2023 11:50 PM

They don’t deserve it!!! They are mediocre in talent and the looks are fading fast. Assholes.

by Anonymousreply 46June 1, 2023 11:54 PM

So down to earth.

by Anonymousreply 47June 1, 2023 11:59 PM

R34 I will never back down from showing the utmost respect because I demand it for myself. You personally insult but what have I done to justify your persecution. Please understand your great nephews and nieces will be calling her Queen too.

by Anonymousreply 48June 2, 2023 1:21 AM
They don’t deserve it!!! They are mediocre in talent and the looks are fading fast. Assholes.

Ok, enough of Beyoncé and Jay Z!

by Anonymousreply 49June 2, 2023 11:06 AM

A 38,000 square foot house just seems like a lot of work. I realize Ben isn’t doing the vacuuming, but you are still taking on overall responsibility for what is basically a commercial building. Even with a property manage you are still going to have to deal with stuff, like interviewing and hiring property managers. And I don’t think it really affords more privacy because it takes so many people to keep it up.

by Anonymousreply 50June 2, 2023 11:19 AM

I'm guessing those half-bathrooms aren't for the family.

They're for staff, and even among them, some are only for the use of family, in addition to whatever is en suite to their bedrooms.

Can't have The Help's butt-cheeks besmirching the same toilet you use. I get that.

I always think, too, when I see mega-wealthy couples go for such big quarters it's because they may want to live under the same roof, but a house that size, they're apart, too, and that's what they want.

I live alone in a 2 bath, 3 small bedroom double-wide. It's paid for and I couldn't be happier. I'll never like cleaning house and paying for maintenance, but I honestly can say that living on the scale I see here has no appeal for me whatsoever.

It's better for me to want what I have, rather than have what I want.

Thank Satan, God, and Matter, I don't even want that $60 million block of matter.

by Anonymousreply 51June 2, 2023 11:32 AM

I guess this mansion will be big enough so that FAG with the scrawny ass can get fucked long and hard in his own private wing of the mansion when the wife is out of town.
