Yes, and I think this is true even when the hazing isn't overtly sexual, because even when it's not -- for example, forcing guys to drink beer until they puke, etc. -- it always involves some form of dominance and submission.

Related but not: In high school I lettered in sports, and "had to" join the Letterman's Club. An long initiation for inductees: and on the principal day of the initiation, we were told to wear pajamas to school. I was brought into a room alone, with two of the senior Lettermen.
