Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ daughter got her diploma!
The couple celebrated Lola’s New York University graduation Wednesday with an Instagram video set to “Whatever Lola Wants” by Ella Fitzgerald.
“Lola Gets! 🎓,” Ripa, 52, gushed in her caption, continuing the lyrics of the song. “#HappyGraduation and congrats @theyoungestyung … we are so proud of you 👏 👩🎓 🎉.”
In Consuelos’ own post, the proud dad, also 52, wrote, “Congratulations Lola!!! We love you!!”
The “Live with Kelly and Mark” co-hosts were all smiles in the social media upload, posing for pictures with the graduate and kissing her cheeks.
In addition to her black cap and purple gown, Lola wore a white dress for the occasion.
Her eldest brother, Michael, attended the ceremony, three years after the 25-year-old’s own graduation from the Manhattan-based college.
University of Michigan student Joaquin, 20, did not appear to be present.
Lola began her freshman year at NYU in August 2019, with Ripa writing via Instagram at the time that her “nest [was] getting roomy.”
The following month, Ripa told viewers that her daughter did not cry “real tears” during her dorm room dropoff.
“There were lots of ‘Don’t think I’m gonna be home before Thanksgiving because I’m not. I’m not gonna be home before Thanksgiving. You won’t see me before Thanksgiving,'” the former soap star recalled in September 2019.
Ripa noted that she did not realize how “very, very close” her youngest two children were until the siblings’ said goodbye.
Lola studied music and production during her four years at NYU.
