This is the weight-loss and fitness plan advertised all over the internet by the very very hot male model.
He says that you don’t have to cut carbs, do aerobic exercise, intermittent fast, etc.
Does anyone here know what the plan actually is?

Yes it is eat less and work out more, but a hot guy has packaged it and sells it for money so when he says it you believe it.

Just eat in a smaller time window (say, leave breakfast and make it brunch), don't pig out or eat shitty processed food/drink alcohol much, take good vitamins daily, and do a free Youtube strength workout plus a good stretch session in your bedroom a few times a week. It's literally that simple to lose. You don't need to pay anyone money or join a gym let alone a semi-p0rn cult. Everyone makes everything so needlessly difficult and stressful and depriving--and ironically, that stress keeps you fat.

R1 Is quite correct.

I've lost almost 70 lbs now by simply following the same rules as r1 stated.
Eat less, move more. There isn't any trick to it. I eat carbs, sweets, fats, etc but I now do it in moderation. And I make sure to work out almost every day for an hour. It's just an hour out of my day and I know future, older me will be glad for it.

Yes indeed, we too use "cookies." Take a look at our privacy/terms or if you just want to see the damn site without all this bureaucratic nonsense, click ACCEPT. Otherwise, you'll just have to find some other site for your pointless bitchery needs.
