For an American man’s height, what is short and tall to you?

I think short is under 5'6" and tall is over 6".

Average is 5'10"-6'1"

Tall is 6'2" and over

I'm 6'2" and am simply not attracted to anyone under 5'11". I've tried. I hate being (much) taller than my partner and would always prefer to be the shorter partner. Rarely happens, of course.

But in general? 5'9" and below feels "short" to me. 6'4" and above feels "tall" to me.

I’m 5’11” and perfectly fine with it. My partner is 5’8” but has a much “bigger” personality than me, not to mention is better looking - so I feel very lucky to have bagged him. R28, how is flying at 6'4"? I'm 6' and absolutely miserable in airplanes. I usually can't get my knees past the seat in front of me and if I can, I have to stick them all the way under the seat. And economy plus isn't much better. If I have to fly for work, I'll fork out an extra 200 out of pocket for a first class seat.
