It takes a while for such sales and orders to make it through the sales channel. What we're seeing now is likely the initial kneejerk reaction as the sales drops worked their way through the distribution channel.

First, stock prices don't always reflect the value of a company. They can be manipulated by huge institutional investors, "irrational exuberance," and even memetic campaigns. Remember GameStop?

And second, whatever is happening or not happening as a result of the Mulvaney controversy won't be reflected until the 2Q earnings report at the end of July.

From what I can tell, they are undoubtedly facing customer backlash, and the key motivating item seems to be the tuck underwear and swim suits for kids. In other places, you can follow the link to see the children’s item for sale on targets website. Personally, I would encourage all corporations to not market sexual orientation items to children. Unfortunately for AB, almost all of the sales Bud Light lost seem to have gone directly to competitors like Coors Light and Miller Lite. If you look at charts, those brands' sales rose in a near-inverse of Bud Light's losses.

So yes, Modelo is now the country's top beer, but it's not picking up the sales that Bud Light lost.

Modelo in the US is owned by Constellation Brands - not Anheuser Busch. Deutsche Bank would not upgrade AB based on Modelo sales that generate revenue for a separate company.
