"pink collar" jobs are made for you, OP. To start a pink collar jobs, a candidate needs to be responsible, timely, organised and have a work ethic. Take direction and show autonomy. Many skills specific to the job and to the employer's industry sector can be developed on the job.

There are also jobs in the service economy and blue collar world were you develop the necessary skills (or don't and get fired) on the job. Punctuality, organisation, autonomy, and ability to complete an assigned task ARE job skills.

Such people are usually just insecure... they don't know how to "adult" so, they're afraid of interacting with people or otherwise being out of sorts. They're so afraid of failure they don't even try.
or you have the other popular variety that believes you should love your job but they have no direction or ability to plan ahead, so they waste their time looking for get rich quick schemes with minimal effort
on rare occasions, they tend to be the no budget traveler... technically, they have job skills but most of it is with menial and seasonal tasks or less than legal. You find this most common with teen runaways to young college students that decide on a whim to go panhandle across the world.

Hire a career counselor who can help you revise your resume and advise you on ways to build it. If you can't afford that, some public libraries and non-profit organizations provide similar services. There's some advice on Reddit in subs like r/jobs but you have to be careful about the suggestions. Some people there sound like they're 12 and have never worked at a serious job.

The current trend in resume writing is to tailor your resume to the job to which you are applying, highlighting the skills and experience described in the job notice and when possible, using some of the keywords in the notice. The last is done because many companies use computer software to screen resumes.
Punctuality is important, but it's so basic, you wouldn't mention it in a resume. The fact that you've held a job usually implies that you're punctual. A reference might note that you're punctual and reliable. It's great to be organized, but it helps to show [italic]how[/italic] you're organized on your resume, for example, saying you organized a stock room, files, or created a plan for a group at your company to follow. There are many articles and books on how to compose a resume.
Office software skills are important, especially if you are applying for an office job. You should be able to type at least 60 words a minute, have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, and if you don't know them, learn something about PowerPoint and Excel. There are free courses online. One company is Lynda.com which now is owned by LinkedIn. I believe you can access it for free through a public library. It may be possible to get a trial subscription to the software itself.
If you post requests online, make sure they are grammatical and professional-looking. If you need someone to look them over first, do so. People are busy and if you post a messy-looking question they'll think you aren't serious and ignore you.
