Love Annie Lennox most of the time, but that was awful.
She took a bombastic Ethel Merman approach to a song that’s pensive and melancholy, tossing in a bizarre little dance in the middle that inexplicably garnered applause.
Terrible.

Annie Lennox’s version is superb. Joni Mitchell’s version is good but not great.
