I think the guy is an actor named Jason Butler Harner.
He's one of those actors who get cast regularly in roles on stuff like L&O or CSI where he's a main character for one episode or smaller roles for 3 or 4 episodes on something like The Walking Dead.
Whether he's a bf or not - who knows. But, how they'd even know each other is a mystery. I can't recall their having been in anything together where they may have met.

OMG I know Jason. He's been a staple on the NYC stage for a long time. In just about every show he's been in he was buck naked. I joked with him that I've seen him naked more than I've seen myself. Let me get to the bottom of this. Damn the pandemic and cutting me off from so many of my theater friends. I need to get back in the game.

I know we are all supposed to think Pedro is hot but I don’t at all. His beard is way too patchy and scruffy and he’s got weird jowls along his jawline and his hair is always a mess and his skin looks greasy and ruddy. I don’t get the attraction at all.

I once spent a bit of time with him without knowing he was an actor. He seemed like a nice guy without any attitude.
