The poor lady has been ridiculed for her disability.
What is it about Sandy Duncan's glass eye that continues to fascinate?

Sandy doesn't have a glass eye, OP. She can't see out of one of her eyes, but she never lost it.

What's truly fascinating, OP, is that you still don't have the true story decades after the event, even though it's been explained hundreds of times.

OP- What fascinates me is this 1978 Wheat Thins commercial

So if you need to look her in the eye, which eye do you look at?

Sandy DOES NOT have a glass eye. Educate yourself!

It's shameful the way she's been ridiculed. I always admired her. When she was in a scene with two partners, the way she could make such dramatic eye contact with one. And then the other. At the same time.

It would be unsettling if one of her eyes was looking at you at the other was looking FOR you.

Does it continue to fascinate, though? Does it really?

Another failed thread. OP is on a roll.

🙈 I love the way it sparkles in the sunlight, and glows in the moonlight.

Seriously, I thought she was dead, and donated her good eye to science.
