r5 yes. CBS has gone to hell in a handbasket. They have all new people running it and they are destroying it. I wrote them a number of weeks ago because I was watching Sunday Morning and they just couldn't help themselves but to put on of the tapes of one of those brutal black murders which I do everything to avoid watching. I was furious. This thing where let's just put stuff on that brings us the big bucks because some people just can't get enough violence in their life and want to see these tapes over and over, has taken over. Everyone I know also avoids watching these tapes. If they had put the Floyd tape on one more time I would have destroyed my tv. I ant to know what is going but don't necessarily want to see it. I am so sick of, Warning, You may find this video disturbing. "This morning on CBS This Morning Gayle King was SO upset that Trump had been indicted and I thought, that's it, I'm done with CBS.

I usually watch 60 minutes but I won't be watching Sunday. It would be one thing if Marj walked off over the line of questioning, but looking at the pics of Marge and Leslie Stahl hanging out like chums makes me think 60 Minutes is going to make her look favorable.

And how convenient to air this just before Tuesday's Rally for Trump she's hosting in NYC.

MTG didn't give a straight answer to any of Stahl's questions, even when the proof was there in writing. She did the famous "what about" spiel and blamed stuff in her Twitter account on other people who presumably had access. Stahl didn't call her out on it.

That said, MTG sho' is ugly up close. Glad I don't have a hi-def TV!!

60 Minutes is a shadow of what it once was. I stopped watching it about 8-10 years ago.

I usually watch 60 minutes but when I heard 'Mangy Traitor Gang-Green' was being profiled I didn't watch. She is what you have to scrape off the bottom of your shoe when you didn't watch your step in the dog park! But she does have nice Veneers!

I watched it, not the usual hit piece but it left a lot unanswered and Leslie did her usual digging...the problem is, MTG just denies it. What I would have liked to see is Leslie ask her about her views, what she sees as the problem with the country....then ask her for specifics on how she is going to fix things. Funny as close as this came to a hit piece, she did not ask about her affairs.

I didn't watch but keep wondering when she finds time to do her job. Oh, that's right, she doesn't.

Leslie Stahl is a lousy journalist. Her “interview” of a crack pit that a 12 year old could corner was awful.

She didn’t explain the gender identity propaganda very well. She had a good opportunity to, but didn’t. Her flubbing only increases sympathy for this social contagion, as does the rightwing’s stance (which I believe is on purpose).

Why wouldn't 60 Minutes interview her? This is history all around and will be remembered as "The Time America Went Full Retard"

The preview for this episode was "Ooh, look, it's the innocuous MTG!" and then they showed the interviewer berating the Democratic official about not using the word "crisis" about the border.

Fuck 60 Minutes.

It was a great piece R41 and the more disturbing takeaway from that piece is that people who knew MTG before 2017 or so do not know who this person is, she was a friendly, relatively likeable completely non-political person (she'd never even voted, not even in 2016) who did not express negative feelings towards any group of people and was the stay at home wife of a very wealthy man who took over her father's own successful business.

And then she found Q-Anon

(The other odd factoid in there was that she was raised Roman Catholic.)
