Laverne Cox was also featured in Sunday NYT after her E Online hosting of Academy Awards broadcast. LC was invited back to do the "Red Carpet" show made famous by late John Rivers.
Actual age is 55. She looks good.

Didn't read much of the Sunday NYT piece but gather gist of things was Laverne Cox is reminding Hollywood and world she is an actor and so forth.
Since leaving Orange is New Black has LC had many more acting roles?

Quite honestly most successful of lot seems to be RuPaul, and she's only a drag queen. Unless she's getting paid Ru is in men's clothes.
Back in day some of the trans threw RuPaul shade way they did against most other drag queens because they weren't "real" (lacking bosom and rest of hormone/surgically created stuff). Well she who laughs last laughs best I suppose.
RuPaul is an international brand, famous and has got a husband.
