I've noticed that blue and pale green eyes look horrible on screen, like pale, translucent glass. Actors with brown eyes look way better; it actually looks like they do have eyes. Imagine how plain young Johnny Depp or Al Pacino would look with blue eyes.
Do brown-eyed actors look better on screen than light-eyed actors?

Not so much with modern digital production. problematic eye color can easily be cleaned up in post production. In the early days of silent film the film would register light blue eyes as zombie like but Valentino's dark eyes registered perfectly .

R2 I don't mind dark blue but can't stand pale blue. Ray Liotta would have looked a lot better with brown eyes.

Blue and green eyes are gorgeous. I think brown eyes are kind of dull.

As someone with light eyes I'm pretty much only attracted to guys with brown eyes. I get tons of compliments on my eyes though. People have thing for dark hair and blue eyes

The race-baiting OP has never heard of "Lawrence of Arabia."

I have blue eyes, and am only attracted to blue-eyed men.
