Balet calls it a "triplex." It's for sale, so unfortunately, he's cleaned it up a bit (it's lost some of its character). The kitchen looks suburban, but I think he renovated the kitchen a while ago (i.e., I don't think he renovated with selling in mind).
I thought Balet would be a personality that DLers would enjoy.
He's friends with Debbie Mazar, Andy Warhol, Pee-Wee Herman, Fran Lebowitz.

Fantastic spaces, could still use more freshening up. It'll sell for an ungodly amount. Some great art pieces. Bland furniture. Fascinating guy.
