Do you?
Do you wear green on St. Patrick's day?

Years ago my nephew & his best friend, circa 4th grade, purposely didn’t wear green, hoping they’d get pinched lots.

In the US, it's really such a lazy holiday. "Tomorrow's Saynt Paddy's Dayeee! Make sure ya wear GREEN!" There's almost no cultural celebration or anything. Just wear GREEN and GET DRUNK!

Irish Catholics wear green.
Irish Protestants wear orange.
Me, (family Irish Catholic converted to Lutherans, now a godless homosexual) I wear whatever the fuck I want.

It's a beautiful Spring-like day here in Philly so I was wearing a green sweater and a paler green collared shirt underneath. Had on a muted green and gold watchcap.
I was doing a few errands so I had a mask(which had shamrocks on it) at the ready for when I went into various stores. Met a friend to breakfast and wore it until the coffee came.
My brother and SIL delivered a very full care package of corned beef and cabbage, enough for several lunches. I was wearing a dollar store lighted plastic shamrock necklace, as a hoot(I gave it to my very Irish SIL because I knew they were going barhopping)
Isn't everyone Irish on March 17th? ☘️😉🇮🇪
