Poor Tilda probably suffered lasting brain damage from her last Covid infection, which is why she can’t make good decisions and just wear the damn mask like very one else on set.

I love Tilda, I think she's a ferociously talented performer, and I get where she's coming from but this does come across as entitled and selfish - I get it, most people are not wearing masks in their workplace these days, generally speaking when people catch it they are not experiencing such severe illness as we saw initially etc., but on a movie set if multiple people came down with covid it would really derail the production and likely cost a significant amount of money. If the rules on set are to wear masks, and she refuses, that's a pretty big headache for the producers.

Tilda was complaining about having Long Covid just a few months ago. She can be really tiresome.

I live and work in a large city and commute without a car, so I see a wide range of people in a densely populated area commuting to and from work daily. People in the medical field, with compromised immune systems, at high risk for covid complications, or who live with someone in one of those categories, are still masking regularly. Masks are also still common on public transit, usually 10%-20% on any given day. I also see them in my office building that includes a lot of medical offices. The elevators are always packed and there's usually one or more people wearing a mask.
