I'd say he just start by GAINING SOME FUCKING WEIGHT. Anybody's face will look longer when you're at the lowest end of (or under) your BMI for your height. Dude needs to start eating.

I don’t usually feel irrational disgust for celebrities, but I really dislike everything about Butler. The way he looks, the way he talks, and the way he acts. Rosy cheeks won’t change that.

No he shouldn't start with the implants and fillers. He needs to gain some weight. He's dating Cindy Crawford's anorexic daughter so that's probably why he's so thin. I like him and I think he's a good actor.
