Look, I respect people coming out formally when they're truly ready...but sorry, some of these guys really do want to have their cake, eat it right up, but never actually pay the price for it. At some point, it comes off really disingenuous. Particularly against those of their peers that just take full responsibility and complete ownership of who and what they are, all the way. Bitch please. Nobody is saying he has to label himself as anything, or that he owes anyone anything. Way to miss the point yourself there buddy. What irritates me is that he will come out flag-waving and dancing on a Pride parade float when he needs to sell his stupid film Down Low. That’s hustler logic. If he hadn’t made the film and was just a journeyman actor looking to get roles, I might be sympathetic to his being unsure about being publicly out. But he’s already crossed the Rubicon so to speak, he got a queer film made with an openly queer costar, and knows very well it be expected to be promoted all over the queer media landscape in order to get any attention, and he’s still pulling this Pat-and-Cathy, Image Consultants, “We Don’t Believe in Labels” bullshit.
