I like her just fine; she was good in all the Guest films and the other things she's done, but she always pretty much just plays herself at this point.

I get that R12, she's not the world's greatest actress, but she does have an endearing star quality.

Would I like to see her Ophelia opposite Sir Kenneth Brannagh at the National? Probably not. But would I like to see her in a quality comedic role going forward? Most definitely.

Laura Linney is a brilliant actress, and sadly never wins. Give that woman an award!!

Her moment to shine, she was totally sincere and overjoyed, a wonderful time for her to be in the spotlight and lauded, such a long steady career, and now the recognition she so well deserved... :-)

I've only seen her in the Christopher Guest films and her guest appearance on Sex and the City and she was perfect (and so funny) in each role. Love her.

Ok we get it.. everyone loves her.. give her a popularity award but all these "acting" awards are ridiculous. Laura Linney or Zendaya should have won this category, hands down.
