Funny, but I never felt compelled to get all religious. I also never crashed multiple cars and potentially killing someone. I have to tell you though , if someone had ever told me when he was on Cheers and just starting to do movies that 30/35 years later he would STILL be relevant enough to be hosting SNL I would have thought they were absolutely insane. YES, I also noticed this, this is absolutely true, 'former' druggies, alcoholics and sex addicts always seem to need another crutch and inevitably, it's always religion!

None ever believed in any sort of God, now they are regular church goers, one became a Roman Catholic, the other, a crazy Evangelical. They both live in blue states. When they contact me, all they talk about is religion. I make sure to now screen all my phone calls.
