Do you remember this cover?

No, but I do remember how everyone made a big deal of how attractive he is. Which I never really understood. Maybe someone can explain or is it more of a straight frau thing?

Beauty is subjective r1. There is no explaining that.

TV guide was hilariously campy.

My favorite cover was the one of a chubby Elizabeth Taylor for the Thanksgiving edition.

She was pictured standing at the foot of a dinner table, upon which sat a huge cooked Turkey and many traditional Thanksgiving foods, (like pies), and the header read, “I Want it All”!, or something like it. I might be paraphrasing.

I laughed for about 10 minutes straight when I saw that sitting on top of our TV set.

I was a DataLounger, way back then, even before DL came into existence. I just didn’t know it yet.

I prefer Clooney with his salt & pepper hair. It makes him even more handsome, for whatever reason.

When I was a kid in the 90s and then teen, I never understood why women were so in love with him. I didn’t see it. But now that I’m 36, I look back and find him absolutely gorgeous.

R3 did you want him to dye his hair Salt and pepper before it went there naturally?

It looks good because of his olive skin.

R5, I only discovered I prefer his salt & pepper colored hair pattern, once he started going gray, so the answer to your question is no, obviously.

You’re right, R5. His olive toned skin makes it look so much better!

I remember watching as a teenager but I was never really into Clooney. I found Noah Wyle cuter, and Ron Eldard hotter.

by Anonymousreply 7February 25, 2023 3:52 PM

Noah was just younger.

George’s best role was ER

Always found him ridiculously sexy.

by Anonymousreply 10February 25, 2023 4:32 PM

Charismatic
