Most famous of said scandals was the infamous divorce case bought by Ian Douglas Campbell, 11th Duke of Argyll. The duke began proceedings on grounds of infidelity. Evidence was given in court including now famous Polaroid picture of a nude (except for pearl neckless) duchess fellating a man whose head was not in picture.

The 13th Duke of Argyll besides being famously wealthy isn't bad looking either.
Lady Colin Campbell was once married to Lord Colin Ivar Campbell, second son of 11th Duke of Argyll via his second duchess Louise Hollingsworth Morris Clews. Margaret, Duchess of Argyll was the third out of four wives.

All of Margaret Whigham Sweeny Campbell's husbands were after her money.
The BBC-Amazon Prime series "A Very British Scandal" was about her and the mini-series was very good at giving a look at the post-war British aristocracy.
