Is Elmer chocolate the cheap stuff?

I received a box of it for Valentines Day and it tastes like a lower quality chocolate, but it's the thought that counts. Still I am nosy.

If it came from a child relative or a co-worker, it's fine. But if it came from a lover or partner that's kind of cheap.

r3 it was from a coworker, it has a pretty design on the cover so she probably chose it for that. These chocolates make Russell Stover seem luxurious. :)

R4 In that case, it is the thought that counts. She was just trying to brighten your day.

Yes, OP. The hierarchy is: Godiva, Russell Stover, Whitmans, Hershey's Pot of Gold, everything else.
