R1 Obama put regulations into place regarding brake requirements for trains transporting flammable materials - Trump reversed the regulation requiring superior brakes be installed , another regulation requiring trains transporting chemicals to be classified as flammable (reducing the definition to only trains carrying gas) and I believe that one was killed by chemical industry lobbyists before it ever passed.
