Bryan Johnson: Tech billionaire determined not to age

He needs to read Datalounge. Why could advise on him incorporating Joan Crawford's face bandages and Lucille Ball's MAME lens into Blueprint.

Help me, please...

by Anonymousreply 1February 11, 2023 2:23 PM

Not a billionaire - but yeah being obsessed with being young. Definitely a rich gay man.

by Anonymousreply 2February 11, 2023 2:23 PM

Nope! Straight -- a wife and three kids.

by Anonymousreply 3February 11, 2023 2:24 PM

I work for a tech company and the guys in the C suite (all white males under 50) spam Slack with their posts about “bio hacking”. They all look terrible - gaunt with crazy eyes. I guess when you have so much money you really don’t want to die like the plebs. One guy lives in a cold looking glass house in Colorado, eats a ghastly all raw diet and does not heat his house choosing instead to heat his body with some type of breathing - Win Hoff?? Something like that. I can honestly say my dog and I are warmer, better fed and happier in our little house and we are as likely to exceed our life expectancy as rich tech dude is.

by Anonymousreply 4February 11, 2023 2:56 PM

Shame about that face…

by Anonymousreply 5February 11, 2023 3:41 PM

Is she transitioning

by Anonymousreply 6February 11, 2023 3:49 PM

Someone should warn him not to got to Madonna's plastic surgeon.

by Anonymousreply 7February 11, 2023 3:51 PM

Bet he dies in a plane crash.

by Anonymousreply 8February 11, 2023 3:52 PM

Poor thing. He started 30 years too late.

by Anonymousreply 9February 11, 2023 3:59 PM

Leave Tilda Swinton alone!

by Anonymousreply 10February 11, 2023 4:33 PM

^ Also, if he has that much money, maybe pay for some pigment.

by Anonymousreply 11February 11, 2023 4:34 PM

Old news, OP. The ladies of 'The View' discussed this guy weeks ago.

by Anonymousreply 12February 11, 2023 4:38 PM

r12, not everyone here watches your stupid henfest.

by Anonymousreply 13February 11, 2023 4:40 PM

R13 Yes they do. And if they don't, still - old news. Very old news. As old as Bryan Johnson - and that's rather old.

by Anonymousreply 14February 11, 2023 4:47 PM

Does he have a blood boy? If he doesn't have a blood boy, he isn't serious.

by Anonymousreply 15February 11, 2023 4:50 PM

Smirky, pasty and undernourished.

by Anonymousreply 16February 11, 2023 5:42 PM

There are no unattractive billionaires. That is the rule.

by Anonymousreply 17February 11, 2023 5:43 PM

What am I, chopped liver?

Not only am I rich and ageless, I'm handsome and horse hung.

Guess what Bryan, your going to die anyway. Nobody gets out of here alive. The body is nice but OY! that face .And that awful hair.

by Anonymousreply 19February 11, 2023 6:08 PM

No. You don't look 18. You look like you are transitioning.

by Anonymousreply 20February 11, 2023 6:31 PM

Turning into Eric Stoltz reverses aging?

by Anonymousreply 21February 11, 2023 6:52 PM

How old is he now?

by Anonymousreply 22February 11, 2023 7:04 PM

"Does he have a blood boy? If he doesn't have a blood boy, he isn't serious."

Is your name Armand?

by Anonymousreply 23February 11, 2023 7:13 PM

I know Bryan, we were friends when he was going through a life-threatening depression and was barely able to function. Then he met a young woman and fell in love and presto! depression disappeared. Like most people who can only exist in extremes, he went from wanting to end his life to never wanting to die.

by Anonymousreply 24February 11, 2023 7:15 PM

I'd fuck him, but if he thinks he's reversing the aging process he's nuts.

It's so weird to me zillionaires want to live forever. I think it has much more to do with egotism than with actually enjoying life so much theyw ant to stick around. They are convinced the world cannot exist without them.

by Anonymousreply 25February 11, 2023 7:22 PM

Eww.

by Anonymousreply 26February 11, 2023 7:25 PM

Having a pony tail is so hip and young at heart.

by Anonymousreply 27February 11, 2023 7:34 PM

Nice looking guy, but the house in the background is ugly as fuck.

I couldnt imagine going to this extreme, and dont have the wealth. You can get 90% of the results just by living reasonably healthy and not smoking, drinking, etc, not eating a lot of deep fried crap and most of all exercising. ll that medical shit would freak me right out, just as well cos I couldnt afford it anyway

by Anonymousreply 28February 11, 2023 8:01 PM

David Sinclair, a tenured professor of genetics at Harvard Medical School has been doing something similar for several years now. Apparently outside of eating very healthy, the best thing you can do to increase your longevity is ongoing intermittent fasting.

This link is to a recent interview he did with Andrew Huberman, a neuroscientist. I just listened to it a few weeks ago. It's just over 2 hours long if you are interested and have the time. It's actually very interesting and informative.

by Anonymousreply 29February 11, 2023 8:09 PM

Very recently, during 2022?, wasn't there research results that intermittent fasting does NOTHING good.

by Anonymousreply 30February 11, 2023 8:28 PM

Why would I want to live longer. People keep getting more and more stupid. The idiocy explosion during the pandemic taught me not to fear death. I've got maybe 30 years left, I can't imagine how stupid the general population will be by then.

by Anonymousreply 31February 11, 2023 8:35 PM

Bryan is a nice looking guy - I'd fuck him if he'd let me,

by Anonymousreply 32February 11, 2023 8:42 PM

BTW, he was born on August 22, 1977 - he's 45 today.

by Anonymousreply 33February 11, 2023 8:44 PM

Clearly, Johnson is a longtime DLer because whatever his "science" tell him, he looks every bit of his 45 years old. Actually, he has that slightly artificial look of someone who is actually older, but looks good. He looks more like he's in his early 50s, but does "youth" treatments like skin peels and derm abrasion, rather than a 45 year old.

Either way, he's deluding himself if he thinks he looks any younger than his actual age of 45.

53 year old Paul Rudd looks much younger than he does.

by Anonymousreply 34February 11, 2023 8:44 PM

Just harvest the blood of teen boys. Duh!!!!!!

by Anonymousreply 35February 11, 2023 8:50 PM

R29- I listen to their conversation last year, And while interesting, there are some significant gaps still. This is all still very much in the realm of speculative science. True age reversal, at the individual level, is going to be much more invasive than changing eating patterns.

Optimally, we stay functionally mobile and mentally cognizant as long as possible. That is still almost entirely determined by genetics.

And I'm saying this tentatively, because I know it's basically inviting trolls, but on a cultural/societal level, optimal life expectancy is primarily achieved through access to healthy food and a safe, stable living environment (i.e. minimal lead, asbestos, etc. and a sense of purpose within a community.)

by Anonymousreply 36February 11, 2023 8:54 PM

How's he going to cover those ageing hands? No matter how many face lifts, skin peels you have the hands are the part of your body that show your real age. (He looks creepy).

by Anonymousreply 37February 11, 2023 9:02 PM

This isn't going to turn out well.

R30 If you're going to live to 150, it wasn't that long ago.

by Anonymousreply 40February 11, 2023 9:35 PM

It puts the lotion on is a joke that never ages. I always get a big laugh. That image is singularly creepy and memorable.

by Anonymousreply 41February 11, 2023 11:03 PM

My goal is to remain physically healthy, mentally sharp and reasonably active and mobile for 20 years after I retire at age 67. After age 87 I will be more than willing to go.

by Anonymousreply 42February 12, 2023 2:20 AM

R42 sounds like a plan. I'm gonna try for much the same

by Anonymousreply 43February 12, 2023 4:26 AM

For you, R41.

[quote] Why I Am Spending Millions To Be 18 Again

Because you're delusional Blanche! YA ARE, YA ARE DELUSIONAL!!

by Anonymousreply 47February 12, 2023 2:45 PM

Sounds as useful as most of the things these tech clowns do.

by Anonymousreply 48February 12, 2023 4:44 PM

He should be spending his money on a bigger penis.

by Anonymousreply 49February 12, 2023 11:35 PM

I couldn’t care less about the size of his penis.

by Anonymousreply 50January 2, 2025 11:53 PM

It’s always these dude bro loser tech cunts who think they “deserve” to live forever.

Well, if anyone “deserved” to live forever, it would have been Jimmy Carter.

by Anonymousreply 51January 3, 2025 12:30 AM

Watched the Netflix doc last night. How boring and pointless. He's estranged from two of his three children whilst describing himself as the happiest he's ever been. Giant narcissist who almost seems to want to fuck his own son. Doesn't appear to want to do anything if it's not filmed for "likes." Being neurotic to the max doesn't seem like living to me, but have at it.

by Anonymousreply 52January 3, 2025 12:57 AM

He looks like shit...and trans.

by Anonymousreply 53January 3, 2025 1:00 AM

To be fair, R52, he’s estranged from his two younger children because he left the Mormon religion. He’s close to his eldest child because he, too, left the religion. I think more highly of him for making this choice.

by Anonymousreply 54January 3, 2025 1:03 AM

Trans?

by Anonymousreply 55January 3, 2025 1:06 AM

Okay but what parent would be the "happiest they've ever been" whilst being estranged from 2/3 of their children, regardless of the reasoning?

by Anonymousreply 56January 3, 2025 1:06 AM

[quote] Trans?

He's a jacked Tilda Swinton (look at the OP's pic).

by Anonymousreply 57January 3, 2025 1:25 AM

by Anonymousreply 58January 3, 2025 1:30 AM

For the love of god what is wrong with this man.

Well, there's your blood boy right there. Also this is incest.

by Anonymousreply 62January 24, 2025 5:25 PM

R60 If it weren't for the subtle but noticeable facial resemblance between the two, I would be convinced that they weren't actually related at all, and were trolling the public as a stunt.

Asides from the dick-measuring contest and the multiple homoerotic photoshoots, check out the unfatherly way he's gazing at his son during this interview.

by Anonymousreply 63January 25, 2025 12:22 AM

The father looks like shit.

by Anonymousreply 64March 29, 2025 8:40 PM

He received blood from his son to test if receiving blood plasma from his teenage son will make an improvement in his biomarkers. The difference was actually negligible because he is already likely at his peak condition. However he gave blood to his own 70 year old father and the improvement was significant.
