Lourdes problem is that she has a very hard, almost masculine face. It looks like when she was growing up with Madonna, she and the kids ate macrobiotic and all worked out or did an athletic activity. She was cut when she was in her early 20's. Now with the hard face and the latin/Italian curves, she does look like a cheap hooker. But how does she act? She didn't look like she was throwing some sort of diva tantrum and she didn't walk away in a huff. Everyone describes her a friendly and normal.
