I would tell her father about the attempted bribe, and let him deal with disciplining his child, including possible cancellation of the party. You are her father's personal assistant, and should not be suffering professional consequences from whatever temper tantrum follows from that.

Reporting the bribe and talking to your boss about how the home, daughter and party need more security may get you further than the $1000.
