She’s 77 what do you expect.? The hair is looking a bit Raine Spencer. Saw her in Mykonos in the late 70’s possibly early 80’s. Surprised how small she was in real life but absolutely heart stopping beautiful.

It seems she's adopted the elderly rich woman hair she remembers from when she was young, which is of course terribly outdated these days by a good 60 years.

She looks very elegant in that "money (but not necessarily class)" kind of way; if she left her hair go natural, she wouldn't look so much like a character of out of an Edgar Allen Poe story. But she's a beauty & whatever work she's had done is subtle.

She looks fantastic to me.

Refreshing to see a near-80 yr old not stretched and pulled to the middle of next week.

She looks absolutely age appropriate (well other than the dyed hair). She looks like she has class and dignity.

At 79, her former husband, renowned for his youthful stage antics and for still being alive, is only 2 years older. Seen here in 2023 and 2021.

Except for, here, one significant mistake.

As long as she going to color her hair, I'm surprised she doesn't realize that a lighter colored hair dye, a combination of, say of caramel and grey, would decrease the harsh contrast between her obvious, age 70s face, and hair.

Except for the old lady hair, she looks fine. Good for her for not succumbing to plastic surgery.

She would look better with a salt and pepper look rather than jet black.

The hair is a bit… much. But she looks fantastic - and her age.

I don’t get the “unrecognizable” in the headline. She looks very much like herself from her party fixture heyday fifty years ago. Agree with all the other posters, she looks fantastic.

I recognize the face. The circa 1970 hairstyle confuses my sense of chronology. I don't have a problem with the color. White and silver are a pain to keep up.

She looks like Judy Davis as Judy Garland.

The hair is too dark, but she looks great. She looks like a naturally pretty 77. From the headline, I was suspecting some pulled and plumped bad PS like Lily Tomlin or Priscilla Presley.

Agree that a softer hairstyle would be more becoming, but you can still tell she was a stunner in her day.

I love it. I’m tired of women in their 60s and 70s with long, straightened hair.

She looks totally recognizable, except for the jet-black lacquered hair helmet, which is very surprising in a 70s free spirit, but she must be returning to her bourgeois Nicaraguan roots.

I thought these people were ageless. Even though I've seen Bianca in person from the 80s to around 2000. She looks like herself in these photos but the change from mid 50s to late 70s is always a shock. I'm in my early 60s and the change from mid 50s shocks people I haven't seen in awhile.

I've always love Bianca for whatever reason. I have vague recollections of her in the headlines of the lat 70s when I was 5 and 6 years old, I might have seen the picture of her on the horse at Studio 54 in People Magazine or something, but she just seemed like the coolest chick. As I grew up and began to read about the 1970s I grew to love her even more, she was gorgeous and I loved her and Mick together, both looking so much like one another. I always felt Mick became a lot less cool with Jerry Hall.

My understanding is that she's become an activist and advocate post-modelling which is always refreshing to see instead of struggling to hold on to her place in the spotlight.

Good for Bianca. Out of all people, she turned to out to be the one who had some sense of self esteem!

She looks like how society matrons used to look before they botched themselves beyond belief. 80 something year olds or close to it should not look like Jane Fonda.

Bianca has always been very strong-willed and had a sturdy sense of self. There was the story told by one of their former employees, of her and Mick departing for a trip. He couldn't find something in their luggage, a favorite scarf or something, and was rummaging through suitcases trying to find it. Bianca stood over him stone-faced, telling him to forget about it a 'move his ass' or they'd miss their flight. Mick was in tears, she was having none of it.

She was always his equal, and he respected her. Which is why she is still his only legal (former) wife.

Fonda has always done a lot of work behind her activism. This was particularly so in the Tom Hayden years. The comment at R38 speaks of ignorant snark.

I don’t want to get into my dislike of Fonda again, but she’s always seemed like an insecure phony to me in regards to her activism. Trend hopping based on what the man of the hour wants. I’m a very left wing person and I agree with her stated “beliefs,” I just don’t believe she has any convictions at all. Bianca has a personal connection to the work she does and she began doing it after she got burnt out during the Studio 54 years.

I don't get it. She looks pretty fine for her age, and more importantly, she looks like Bianca Jagger.

Fonda has had body dysmorphia her entire life. Why would you expect her to age naturally?

R41 I lived in Ocean Park when she and Hayden lived there. She was a real activist. She lived a very different lifestyle than the usual Hollywood star. I can't speak for her in the years later (Ted Turner, etc.) but I know she seemed very genuine then, and she'd been a real activist in the last decade.

I think Fonda will be one of greatest Movie Stars in the future decades looking back at her life. I think her most recent plastic surgery probably needs to calm down, but I think it was a good idea to go grey, and she's one of the more beautiful octogenarians we've got. Name another her age who looks as good.

I think Bianca looks really good too. And as was said above, the black helmet hair is a throwback to Nicaraguan aesthetics. It happens as you get older - you return to your roots (sic).

While the kids bring back Y2K fashions, she's bringing back Mr. Kenneth hair. I love it.
