Aw, now the cookies have one fewer man to smell them.

by Anonymousreply 1January 24, 2023 3:24 AM

So sad. He has kind eyes and smile. I wish more gay men would look out for each other these days. Travel in pairs. See each other home. I remember in my younger days in NYC I would cat around late at night alone hitting one more bar or looking for something to eat. (like a dick lol). I guess it was stupid then too.

It says his wallet was found with cash inside and his credit cards still there.

This wasn't a robbery.

by Anonymousreply 3January 24, 2023 3:29 AM

At 5.30am!

Did he have employment?

by Anonymousreply 4January 24, 2023 3:42 AM

R4 learn to read. He was in law school.

by Anonymousreply 5January 24, 2023 3:47 AM

He was last seen leaving a haircut in mid-trim???

And then later he went to the gay bar - but wasn’t seen there?

None of this adds up.

by Anonymousreply 6January 24, 2023 3:48 AM

The thieving was usually done via each victim’s phone//which is why his phone being found on the street doesn’t seem like a drugging or a robbery

by Anonymousreply 7January 24, 2023 3:50 AM

A robbery doesn’t usually result in a missing person… r7

by Anonymousreply 8January 24, 2023 3:52 AM

Unless he was killed and disposed of in the act of the robbery

by Anonymousreply 9January 24, 2023 3:56 AM

R5 Yes, law schools operate at 5.30 in the morning.

by Anonymousreply 10January 24, 2023 3:59 AM

R10 ok I’m convinced you’re a retard. Get off this site and go to a school.

by Anonymousreply 11January 24, 2023 4:00 AM

Serial killer/robber or different guys targeting the area?

by Anonymousreply 12January 24, 2023 4:00 AM

He wasn’t robbed…

by Anonymousreply 13January 24, 2023 4:01 AM

Poor guy

by Anonymousreply 14January 24, 2023 4:20 AM

[quote] It says his wallet was found with cash inside and his credit cards still there.

This wasn't a robbery. It was a 'crime d'amour'.

by Anonymousreply 15January 24, 2023 4:25 AM

I hope he was killed quickly if he’s dead

by Anonymousreply 16January 24, 2023 4:29 AM

This makes me sad. Here's a young, accomplished, gay man with a plan for his life and it all winds up being so pointless in the frankest way possible.

by Anonymousreply 17January 24, 2023 5:09 AM

NYT says—

[quote] Hell's Kitchen has a history that's rich with gangsters and ghosts, streetwalkers and speakeasies, mysterious disappearances and gruesome murders.

by Anonymousreply 18January 24, 2023 5:43 AM

Surprised no one mentioned possible suicide yet.

I hope he’s still alive….

by Anonymousreply 19January 24, 2023 6:48 AM

Aw. Poor guy.

I remember times in NYC I could have ended up dead, but didn’t.
