I just googled and Heavenly Creatures, The Company of Wolves and Hot Millions are all available to stream on Amazon Prime OP. Also, The Company of Wolves and Hot Millions are available on Apple too.
Hot Millions looks like a good one.

R1, I just checked
Heavenly Creatures is NOT available on Amazon Prime. The Company of Wolves is on Amazon Prime---but only with commercials through Freevee Hot Millions also is on Amazon Prime and Apple television. But a year or two back it was not, so I bought the DVD.
I guess things change. It is weird that Heavenly Creatures is still not available for streaming even though it has a popular director and cast.

Call Her Savage is only available in a blurry print on You Tube.

You can't find The Heartbreak Kid anywhere on the streaming platforms.
Someone uploaded a reasonably decent version on YouTube, but I hope to see it remastered in a better print one day.

The Turning Point and An Unmarried Woman. Never on cable and not available for streaming. TP DVD disappeared. Never on Blu ray. Unmarried DVD disappeared but Criterion gave it a blu ray release. Both great movies from the 70s.

An Unmarried Woman used to be on cable constantly circa 2005-2008. I wonder why they took it out of rotation.

Behind The Red Door. Someone has it on their YOUTUBE channel. If you haven't seen it, you might want to make the time before it's gone.

Is The Blue Veil available?

Just noticed that A DIFFERENT STORY has been added to Prime - it used to be one of those 70's movies that evaporated into the beyond. Perry King and Meg Foster.

That movie doesn't seem to stay on streaming for long periods. I think it was Hulu on for close to year and then was HBO Max a year or two ago.

I've been watching 'The Godfather of Harlem' (which I'm addicted to - just starting season 2 now before I start the newly released 3) and became very interested in the person Malcolm X. So I'm trying to find the 1992 Denzel Washington movie 'Malcom X' streaming for free somewhere - only available to rent or buy on Amazon, etc. You would think with Black Histoyry Month starting in a few weeks, this 31 year old movie would be available. Nope.

Many Hollywood Golden Age films that used to be on free late-night tv are not available. Some are easier to watch than others which indicates there is an audience for such fare.
You need to subscribe to HBO Max to see the brilliant box office smash "42nd Street" (1933), but the equally popular, but craptastic "Dancing Lady" from the same year is available to watch for $2.99. They'll get your money one way or another!

Yes indeed, we too use "cookies." Take a look at our privacy/terms or if you just want to see the damn site without all this bureaucratic nonsense, click ACCEPT. Otherwise, you'll just have to find some other site for your pointless bitchery needs.
