I am watching the old Law & Order: LA series.
Howard seems not to be able to phrase any of his legal dialog (or even ordinary dialog) for understandable. (And he plays with Alana de La Garza, whose intelligence makes even jargony legalese intelligible.)
There was one episode where he is talking to a jury about "conscience" but he pronounces it "conscious."
I thought he was just a bad actor, but now I wonder....is he just dumb?
