Perhaps try addressing the concerns many gay men have with the anti-trans movement, such as it's secondary focus on targeting gay and lesbian issues, such as marriage equality, adoption, surrogacy, employment, education, or even those suggesting that non heterosexual sexuality as a whole is "a choice"

The purpose of my post wasn’t to start a conversation on trans politics. I’m just telling you all about an odd dream that I had and wondering why I was dreaming about this.

r10 I should clarify how what 'she' said about the gay and lesbian task force conference was a blatant lie, not her first of such things, she's told similar stories of different gay and lesbians organization with the same premise. She just sprinkles enough truth around other issues, mostly cherrypicked citations to support her view that people take everything as factual. Often they wish say she's a nobody and yet she's a central figure , the founder of many organizations, attached to the main anti-trans movements from the right to the left, and readily redirects it to targeting laws concerning gays and lesbians. Her homophobic/lesbiophobic theories are also, ironically, the basis for much of trans politics, queer studies and feminist studies.. just sanitized and censored.

r12 If that's true, then the reality is you're attracted to masculinity... was this said person otherwise attractive, if they had been clothed? It's a common reaction, there are a few very attractive trans but ultimately, the dividing line for many comes to genitalia. So, admiration of clothed looks may be as far as you're willing to go with someone that is trans.
