Is there a more weird movie? I like it a lot but am both enchanted as baffled by it. Godfrey has a much more meaning connection with the bad sister Cornelia than with ditzy , barely coherent Carole Lombard, who forces a marriage at the end .
The best character is,of course, the mother, following Gail Patrick.
