I do have a normal job with a good salary & benefits.

I think the hotel was nice decades ago. It’s on a nice lake that has beautiful sunsets. Fortunately, I got lakefront. And I was on the third floor. But the balcony is shared with everyone on my floor. And the door to get downstairs is right in front of me so everyone can see in my room as they enter or exit.

When the guy in the next room sneezed, I said “bless you.” He thanked me.

Transient people are kind of nice. They keep to themselves mostly.
