I agree, OP. I think these murders will remain unsolved. And I think a year from now, there'll be another knife slaying a couple of hundred miles away, which will also go unsolved. I'm not a sleuth or a psychic, but I'm feeling serial killer vibes.

I agree. LE has changed their story too many times, they've bungled evidence. First it was targeted, then it wasn't. This guy was cleared, then he wasn't. The location of the bodies changed. Everyday it's something. Oh! Just a few days before the murders, one of the girls' daddy changed the lock on the front door! A neighbor saw that same front door hanging wide open that morning!

There is something they do not want the public to know. They are pushing the "such good xtian kids!" narrative too hard. Either it involved drugs, lesbian porn online and an obsessed fan, one of girls was a stuck up slut and turned down the wrong guy while insulting him, or some other dark secret brought this on the victims.If the truth comes out, it will ruin their reputation, so LE just keeps fucking around and giving "updates". I know I came to realize they seemed insufferable, murdered or not, and I gave up following this shitshow.

Either that, or LE are complete idiots, that's possible too.

I believe it’s a serial killer in the Pacific Northwest.

Same guy who has been running around knifing people to death in their sleep. And I believe the killer is probably a college student or a person in his 20s or 30s, who lives in the area, or in Washington state.

I also believe he will begin opening up his options, traveling to other states, as he did now.

Either that, or someone connected to these kids or their families, in a manner that is pretty tangential, someone others wouldn’t easily guess or think of.

It will probably take years to solve this. Much like the Delphi case.

All a serial killer has to do is commit murders in small towns with understaffed, underfunded, local law enforcement, and that SK can get away with shit like this for many years.

I hope this doesn’t turn out to be an Israel Keys situation. But it easily can be. It took years to catch him, & he was smart enough to lengthen his reach all over the United States, which is why it took so long.

Were there hesitation marks in the stab pattern? That will tell if it's the first time that he has done this.

The two girls still alive did it. Their stories don’t add up. No forced entry, called 911 hours later saying that someone was unconscious when blood was all over the place, dog in the house, no blood trail. Psychopathic influencers who were probably jealous.

What's hard to understand? She was supposed to graduate last weekend. She'd been one of the renters of the home, but was now leaving to begin her career. She came back for one last weekend of partying. Not exactly rocket science.

Welp, now rumors have it, that two frat boys pulled this off.

ALLEGEDLY, there was fraternity beef between 3 of the frat brothers, Maddie, & Xana

Both frat brothers/alleged perps, are named Dave L. & Dave B.

Victims: Frat brother Ethan, his girlfriend Xana, and Maddie.

Both Daves were angry with Ethan, because Ethan harassed one of them by calling him a roided out imbecile with a shriveled up dick & balls, and the other one was angry with Ethan, because he had wanted to date Xana, but Xana chose Ethan, instead.

The Dave who is roided out with shriveled ball and penis, despised Maddie, because Maddie sided with Ethan & Xana, and talked shit to him throughout the semester.

ALLEGEDLY, shriveled dick & balls went into the house with the knife, killed Ethan, Xana, & Maddie. Allegedly, he didn’t expect Kaylee to be in the same bedroom as Maddie, and therefore, was forced to murder her as well, because she may have recognized him. But she wasn’t one of the intended targets in the original plan.

The other frat brother Dave, who was rejected by Xana, waited outside of the home & acted as the lookout.

The two girls who slept throughout the entire thing, were allegedly not targeted, which is why they weren’t harmed/murdered.

I’m not sure if all of this is true, or if all of the details are true, however, I can see a very close version of this happening, & it makes more sense than most of the other theories or claims that I’ve read.

The roided out frat brother is allegedly a hunter, involved in sports, wrestlers (specifically), and lifts weights regularly. He’s also allegedly a full on psycho, & is disliked/feared by many in the Greek community within this university chapter.

The other one is his shadow, and basically does whatever roid cock ‘n’ balls says.

The white Hyundai is ALLEGEDLY being sought, because police believe that a passenger(s) and/or driver of the vehicle, may have witnessed the one Dave acting as a lookout outside of the house, and the other Dave running out of the house, after slaughtering his frennemies.

Both Daves live mere feet away from the murder house, as their frat dorms are right across the street and up a small hill.

All of this is ALLEGED, of course.

I sure remember the stupid shit I did, and for sure we had a full on psycho in our close knit friend group/circle. He was a HORRIBLE human being, and he hurt many people. Fortunately, he turned on me early in our friendship trajectory, & I stayed away. His BFF was also a POS asshole, who was a master manipulator, and used the psycho as his human shield/weapon.

Interestingly enough, both are dead.

These kids were naive & stupid. Even cunts and assholes, but not one deserved this.

My hope is that whoever participated in this is/are caught & locked up forever. The community isn’t safe until this happens, even if this was targeted.

Psychos like this find others to hold grudges against as they age. Anger, intimidation, threats and violence are a way of life for them.
