She vowed never to do that.
She did "The Man That Got Away" at one point as well.

Michael Musto called this the gayest moment of the 20th Century. The show opened in December 1999.

I still love that she refused to sing "Over the Rainbow" for Rosie's final show. It is so unlike Liza to say no, but she does have her limits.

Should have asked her to sing "Tomorrow" instead.

Doesn't baby Liza appear in the ending scene of MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS?
I wonder if it's odd for her that an all-time classic seminal beloved film is also the reunion of her parents.

She's in the end of In the Good Old Summertime, and always tells that "no pantiesh!" story about it.
She sang Over the Rainbow as a young girl when she was just getting started. She sang the finish of it during the Liza's Back show at the Beacon.
She sang Trolley Song (in duet with her mother's voice), Meet Me in St. Louis, Under the Bamboo Tree, part of Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas and The Boy Next Door in Minnelli on Minnelli.
She sang the Palace medley with Judy's special material in Liza's at the Palace.
She's sung You Made Me Love You on tv. And as someone mentioned she did The Man That Got Away, in her mom's arrangement, once--not sure where.
There are a lot of standards that weren't strictly "Judy's songs" that she still made recordings of and sang a few times, that Liza has sung at some point too: Alexander's Ragtime Band, Love, I Got Rhythm, Some People, The Music that Makes Me Dance. I'm sure someone somewhere has an exhaustive list.
