What do you think of Theo James's looks?

Meh - he's okay. Decent looking.

I can't make up my mind about him. Sometimes he looks handsome and sometimes his face looks crooked and his eyes are so close together.

While he's not a conventionally handsome leading man - he's very sexy.

He does nothing for me.

Lacy was playing himself. This is a stretch for James--in character and skill.
