So fuck the New York Times and their Pitchbot-worthy op-ed and `news divisions who constantly whine about everything that Biden does.
64% of GOPers who voted for Democrats this year said Trump’s election denial was the #1 reason they did so.

That's why I can't take political punditry from the media seriously any longer. All the grassroots information coming through, say, Twitter (before Musk took over) indicated that abortion rights and concerns for the state of democracy were motivating a very large number of voters. Yet, even the outlets traditionally labeled as "liberal leaning" were obstinately choosing to ignore this and tell us otherwise.

The issue is that the number of GOPers who are prepared to vote Democrat under any circumstances is comparatively small at this point, with polarization being what it is today.
The ones who switched are the old-school Country Club Republicans, very few of whom remain at this point, and those that do are derided as "RINOs" by the brainwashed mob now running that party.

Well yes, R2
But that leaves the remaining MAGA party with a much smaller share of the electorate and guarantees MAGA losses in the suburbs. And as those country club Republicans get more and more used to voting for Democrats it makes MAGA a permanent minority party while steering the Democrats to the center away from the Defund The Police progressives

Good. Crush maga so we can finally fix our elections and have representatives that truly represent the electorate.
