Walker got a lot of votes on election day because conservatives were turned out to vote for Kemp over Abrams, and because control of the Senate hung in the balance. Not the case for this runoff. Walker is toast.

R19, Warnock would give Dems complete control. Since the Senate is tied 50/50 they share committee assignments, etc., equally day to day. The tie breaker is in voting, where Kamala breaks the tie. The Warnock win is very key to the daily workings of the Senate.
