Antisemitism started picking up with Tea Partiers a long time ago. I remember they would troll my local newspaper forums, Fark, and even a crochet forum I went to with photos of antisemitic Nazi posters and give themselves names with "bunker" or "88" in it. It just picked up speed with QAnon, which uses a lot of really old WWI-era antisemitism tropes that have been slightly repackaged.

In all my life, I can't recall ever having heard anyone express anti-Semitism. On the one hand, it's like something that exists, you just can't see it. On the other, it's hard to believe there really are people that think that way.

Yet I've heard numerous Boomer Jewish coworkers and friends claim that blacks "always play the race card." Wanting to help with basic civil rights doesn't automatically translate to lack of prejudice in everyday life.
