Kim is a bit odd because I don't believe she is gay at all but she never seems to have real relationships and attachments to men. She seems to use them as place holders ( ie she needs a husband like she needs a purse, just to show off and fit in) but appears to only form actual attachments to women. The key word is appears, there's no way to know for sure what goes on in someone's head.
