Anyone catch this episode last week? I though it was interesting how they presented the dual perspectives—first from Chad Wallin-Reed's standpoint, and then from the teenage boys'. The episode started out like the horror movie "The Strangers" and I could sort of understand why he was on edge with the kids pulling in and out of his driveway, stealing solar lights, etc.—but as it went on, he was really shown to be a paranoid, gun-toting Jesus freak looking for a reason to kill. He chased the kids 8 miles down a mountain road before shooting out their car with an AR-15, killing one and injuring several others. Ridiculous and senseless. I suspect he has PTSD from his military service, which was likely a factor here. His wife seemed pathetically delusional, and didn't once express any remorse on her husband's behalf, which was reprehensible. A good Christian frau—he just wanted to keep them safe!

Hopefully, he won’t live long enough to serve the sentence. He doesn’t deserve to live.

His sentence was too harsh for the circumstances. Sorry.

I would have still convicted him btw but don't think he should have been given as long as 50 to 84 years. Stupid games win stupid prizes.
