Warren Beatty, Robert Redford, and Dick Van Dyke are not, but some of their characters are. Clint and Woody are both acclaimed directors as well, so it’s likely one of those two.

Clint Eastwood worked out at my gym several years ago when he was making a movie in the city. He's extremely thin, like almost anorexic for a male.
