I’ve been seeing this new product at the grocery store called “Soylent Green”. What is it?

We're fucked.

There were three billion people in the world when I was born in 1960.

We are very screwed. We are using up non-renewable resources at an alarming rate. For the last 600+ years we have been laying waste to the planet, and the Earth is in the process of letting us know exactly how it plans on repaying the human race.

What could possibly go wrong?

Awful.

But we must go forth and multiply! Have a quiver full.

As long as they’re the right color…

Let's not forget on call out cultures that "expect" you to procreate, regardless of one's financial standing, oblivious to the many consequences of having too many children. I'm Mexican and even now, in my late 50's, I still get the occasional, side-eye from people, for not wanting or having children.
