Why does society push body positivity for women so hard, but still only allows for men to be portrayed as muscle hunks?
I was just thinking this today but more along the lines of, why isn't there "body positivity" for fat dudes?
I also don't get why men can be sex objects but woemn can't, now. People Magazine doesn't do a Sexiest Woman Alive cover, do they? And I understand that the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition now has to have all body types.

Men don’t need that kind of pandering, R1. Women’s bodies are a source of insecurity for women because that’s where society places their value.
Instead of physical beauty, men show value with how much money they make. A fat guy with a big bank account has a better chance at scoring a hot woman than a good looking guy who is broke.

There is a growing body positivity movement for fat guys.

Oh, come on, OP. Personally, I loathe the bullshit of pretending fat women can be supermodels, but how many friggin sitcoms featuring fat guys and thin, model wives have we seen?

Good question. Why does every guy have to look 'roided out? Slim, in shape guys are hot as fuck.

the steroid era for men is going to do as much damage to men as the era of easy plastic surgery and injectables has done to women, it's all parody

OP, I agree it's ridiculous but I have never heard of Myer, most companies don't operate like this
